Just updating myself on the current atopic dermatitis market and getting bemused by two pieces of information:
I)- Dupixent, also known as dupilumab, seems to be the only prescription drug curing the condition,
Dupixent is the first and only systemic therapy approved for atopic dermatitis. During the trials, we saw a dramatic improvement in patients with almost a third of patients who received Dupixent reaching a primary outcome of clear or almost clear skin," says Dr. Kim Papp, dermatologist and trial investigator in Waterloo. "Availability of new therapies like Dupixent will change the lives of many of our patients."
That's right ...'almost a third'...'almost clear skin'....
II)- Dupixent, which was approved by the FDA one year ago, launched at a price of USD$37,000.00

Given the above, holders would have good reasons to expect that IF the data from the Phase 1 of BTX1204 is good, considering that - unlike for BTX1504 - the compound in this study is being delivered utilising Botanix’s proprietary Permetrex™ drug delivery technology, the sp appreciation should leave the teens behind, they'll be finally gone and, as The Pursuit Of Happiness would say .....
