takeover scenario:
1) 2c Petro Seychelles the biggest shareholder and all shareholders will be p........off and takeover offer will go to the bin.
2) 3c WHN shareholders will still p.....off and will reject this offer.
3) 4c IMO this is average sp which most of shareholders pay . $ 64mil. takeover deal .IMO will be dead .
4) 5c $ 80 mil. I don't think that AWE or Ophir will pay this money only on the base of 3D.
IMO takeover will never happen.
