I don't believe Joe M is selling (don't know him) but when you buy a monster position like that you are in for the long hall. I think a few newbys jumped on between 10-13.5c and are probably frustrated it has stagnated and have dumped out and moved on. Traders aren't as patient these days. Stock was locked at 10c for a big part of the day on the buy side so I'm assuming there was a buyer just accumulating at 10c all days as multiple people were selling. I'm almost tempted to buy more at 10c as I'm very confident in the company going multiples from there but happy with my position. Good luck.
