    As far as we know up until very recently no body had the number of shares to be able to cap like today.

    Hence I'm guessing that what they did today was churn their holding to create volume at 12c/12.5c.

    Why?

    VWAP would be affected by the volume.

    Deter new buyers?

    Up for suggestions ....
