Perhaps trading (relisting) isn't happening because MF feels there is more chance of SP going down rather than going up?
So, if that is an explanation, expect to see some good news announcement(s) prior to relisting. Q1 results and official "we've relisted" isn't going to be enough to drive a profit margin on the shares.
