    Best outcome for all is Hishenk, Inchcape and RACV buying out everything. They could have it all for 4.8/5.0c imo i dont think you'll get any fight.

    They'd get:-
    -100% plus side of Mobilise with Aon
    -DMC next growth phase
    -Mycaravan about to generate revenues

    CL8 becomes private (so much easier and efficient to operate than a public listed company).
