@kazipolash - what crap are you talking about??? Chris holds shares (1.35m of them). He has purchased every single one of them using his own cash - go back and check the announcements. He hasn't been given any of them for free. So he is also spending his own hard-earned money. The options he has been granted are worthless unless he pays money to actually exercise them - so he will be investing more of his money. They only have value if the value of the shares go up, and they have to go up beyond what he paid for him to make money. So it all seems pretty aligned to me. If he makes money, the shareholders will make a lot more.
