Here are my questions beyond what has currently been asked, understand the restrictions in relations to advice on timings so tried to steer away from this:
Noetic Synergy Related:
(1) - Per the announcement dated 10 January 2018 “Development and Services Agreement with Noetic Synergy” BPG quote:
“...The payments have been negotiated to be made over a period of time, in a mixture of digital and ordinary currencies, and only at the completion of milestones.”
Q: Can BPG advise what “digital currencies” they currently hold, or if this was in reference to the then holding of SoarCoins?
(2) - per the same announcement:
“...The proposals received from Soar Labs and Noetic provide the same outcome in delivering and operating the Cryptocurrency Exchange Solution as envisaged by the company. The projected cost for the development of the Cryptocurrency Exchange by Noetic is commercially more favourable and...”
Q: The statement above suggests that BPG received proposals from SoarLabs and Noetic (+ potentially others) before making a decision to go with SoarLabs back in June 2017. Why did BPG choose SoarLabs over Noetic last year, if the Noetic proposal delivers the same outcome at commercially more favourable terms?
(3) Can BPG provide any further information about Noetic Synergy;
The company size, number of employees and number of employees working on building the exchange?
Noetic’s other clients with projects of similar nature?
BPG’s confidence in Noetic Synergy’s ability to deliver and operate the exchange (by comparison to SoarLabs)?
(4) Can BPG advise if Ian Jeremy Jones – CEO of Noetic Synergy also currently works as an Executive Director for IFCA MSC BERHAD, and if so, are there is any connections between BPG and IFCA?
Crypto Exchange Related:
(5) Can BPG advise the name or branding of the exchange?
(6) Can BPG advise which Crypto Currencies would be available initially with the launch of the exchange?
(7) Have BPG’s subsidiary BPPL registered a web domain for the exchange?
(8) Will the exchange have a mobile application available at launch?
SoarLabs Related:
(9) How confident are BPG with the legal proceedings against SoarLabs at the Singaporean High Court?
(10) Are BPG able to provide an update to the market with envisaged timeframes for the trial?
(11) Assuming BPG win the case against SoarLabs, what will this mean for windup of the BPPL and SoarLabs deal in terms of:
- SoarLabs’ 49% ownership of BPPL?
- SoarLabs’ payment to BPPL of US$100,000 and the 306,250,000 SoarCoins?
- Any IP and/or hardware procured by each party in relation to the SoarLabs/BPPL agreement?
- SoarLabs involvement following the Singaporean High Court decision?
(12) Can BPG confirm if there is any personal, or family relationship between the BPG Director (and former sectary) Yano Lim, and the CEO of SoarLabs Seth Lim?
ASX/ASIC Queries & Suspension Related
(13) Can BPG advise what is happening with the Voluntary Suspension from trading and provide more information around the ASX listing rules: 17.2 and also 11.1.2 and 11.1.3.

- Back-Door Listing
How are BPG progressing with addressing the ASX queries in relation to the above?
(14) How confident are BPG that they can satisfy the ASX and ASIC’s concerns and resume trading?
(15) Is there any other significant information BPG shareholders should be aware of in relation to:
- BPG’s ability to trade?
- BPG’s current assets and liabilities?
- BPG’s agreement with Konzept?
- BPG’s other partners, Wimobilize, Warwick Powell?
- BPG’s CEO Alvin Phua and his personal financial situation?
