My questions are:
1. At what stage in the project life cycle is the exchange server at, as at the 26th April 2018.
2. Has there been significant stress testing performed on all the servers? Please advise the test parameters - volume of trades over what time period. (For non techos, this is the single most failed part of IT projects. There must be a minimum of milions of trades performed over a 12 hour period, with no dramas).
3. Once the exchange is operational, what is the projected Revenue and EBIT for the first 6 months and then 12 months then years 2 and 3. You would have these numbers in your strategic plan.
