1. When do BPG expect the court case with Soar Labs to commence in Singapore?
2. Having received legal advice, could BPG provide an indication in general terms, of their chances of success with the court case in Singapore?
3. Is BPG's commercial relationship with Soar Labs retrievable?
4. When do BPG anticipate addressing all of ASIC's queries and trading again on the ASX?
5. When do BPG expect their cryptocurrency exchange to open for business and will it be leading edge in terms of what it has to offer cryptocurrency investors and traders?
6. If BPG gets back on its feet, what will be the strategic focus of the company moving forward?
7. Is Warwick Powell still involved with BPG and do they anticpate Mr Powell continuing his involvement with BPG in the future?
