Yeah that was a good article. I tend to agree that the ASX is pushing a little too hard. If due to their rules and/or questioning they are effectively costing small companies deals then something is wrong. The ASX should be monitoring and policing but not hindering businesses from growing. Could the Telstra deal have fallen though because of the query or new rules? Did they not want to publicly disclose details from the deal that the ASX would now require released? Someone else suggested that maybe after seeing the details of the Dicigel deal they wanted to renegotiate. Who knows...
