Patents could very well be ober 18months away max before the first bunch is approved, FDA if the applied for any will take a couple years and most recently patents for red dots and Quantum Yield production method upto 2 years also. If any of the deals hinges on this then we could very well years away from the big stuff. Hope im wrong and companies are willing to sign on, alas should any competitors have the tech in its retrospective facilities you'd lose any market advantage and IP can be stolen and reproduced without anyone royalties coming DTZ way. What we need to know if whats holding back big companies from signing the deals with us, what more does DTZ management need to do before hand? We are at the pointy end of finalisation so shouldnt be too long
