Im pretty sure Moti is one of the original founders of dotz nano from memory (i may be wrong). It seems as tho by the avoidance and disconnect to address shareholder concern he is running the company as if he thinks its his own still imo. Being now a public company he works for shareholders and no long owns the company regarless if he founded it. Im guessing a large holder got wiff of deals being delayed and or not going ahead anytime soon and is getting out because the fact Moti hasnt addressed these concerns imo confirms the worst case scenario and Share price reflects that. Lucky i dont own 5% or id do a BGS on management
