Not sure if what I said before is entirely accurate about PSC share price versus the lithium ETF. Broadly yes it is true but for a junior non-current producer probably not directly. What is more important is whether the lithium prices will stabilize or continue to trend lower (of an all time high). The sensitivity analysis done by Hunter seems fairly solid in PCS's profitability case regardless. Most important of all though, can PSC raise the remaining funds in this market or with the declining price, the banks will tighten their lending? Hopefully the hard work is already done by management. I spoke to a mining services CEO last night and he reckons there is plenty of money floating around for lithium projects. Fingers crossed!
