I'd think that the expiry on his options would give some indication that at the time he came on board there was no expectation a deal would be struck over night...

I understand as time passes nervousness grows, but another way of looking at it is if discussions/testing is continuing maybe settlement of a deal is getting nearer.

Despite the share price drifting down, its doing so on light volume. Generally the selling looks to be subsiding at these prices, but i suspect buyers are just holding back to see how desperate the last few loose hands might get before stepping back in.
