The Company DCL dont look to be going so well,

IMO its not so much First in with an Idea like this, Id say its more about who is Best in, not first in.

BrickX also have a concept of buying small part of a property, but they are both relying on Capital gains of growth.

The property sector gets such low yields, and need costly maintenance if they are Rented out.

My Concept is more about building extactly what is the best type of asset, and pushing for 20% gains on cost vs value returned.

So if the Market moves 20% up over the Build timeframe, then gains could be higher.
