My idea is more along the lines of raising capital for building Developments.
Then paying out a return on the investments to the investors after the developments are sold.
The investors could also use their Investment as part credits towards buying one of the Units.
Like If the investmsnt returns were 20%, and assume the Investor put in 100k, then they would have 120k of credit toward buying a Unit, townhouse, Penthouse etc.
