It isn't too bad and as it gets hotter the flies bugger off anyway. Build pads can become much hotter than forecast, done many jobs at 45+ out Newman way. Camping would most likely be a bunch of Demountables/Dongas which are pretty comfortable. The main sticking point is the quality of food.. if they go too cheap and it's crap you'll have some unhappy workers who drag their feet (after all paid by the hour.. longer it takes more they make) hence a lot of exploration camps tend to get decent chefs in to make sure it's good. I do miss the FIFO life occasionally.
