btw, lucky for us those fresh and young trademarks actually got registered wasn't it? I called the company and gave them a heads-up on possible oversight a long while ago. And persisted when they first said it was in hand. (It wasn't?).
Can't imagine why that might have been necessary. Was anyone about with a mix n go fixation?
I know it's hard, but at some point you might just have to revisit some of your assumptions. It's what discussion is all about, really.
