Hate to burst your bubble DV on JH - but even in JH's own notes on his "contribution" he states that he only began to modify the pre-existing strategy as of Sep2017. Crikey, it took 5 years before he bothered to back Anteo with a too-little-too-late pissant holding, and that even appeared after he saw the writing on the wall immediately before the AGM. Like he hardly had time for Anteo as he was contributing to 8-9 executive roles over that period :- seriously part-time - but lots of boxes ticked. I actually think RS may have had something to offer, but apparently isn't being replaced. The timing of his departure wasn't immediate, so may have hinge on a milestone or event, I dont remember any performance options to cling on for - H may clarify.
As for Sir Knight AS, well there is considered HR consolidation, and plain old toe cutting. I've done both and it depended on the brief I was given - (read strategy). However, short sighted HR interventions have ramifications, no need for a wordy disquisition here as its exemplified by the boom/bust swings in the O&G, & resources sectors.
Good thing a new Chair is on the way in. And, 1stC as the largest backer, will be looking to protect their holding value, and consequently everyone else's. Retrospective tilting at windmills and naive sabre rattling in disquisition is waste of everyone's time at best, and in exegesis "retrograde". An exit by them would leave all else's holdings no more than a mear smoke stain on a chess statement.
