    I know Tossa mentioned this but there was no change in liver steatosis which was a primary endpoint (if I am reading the trial details correctly). If you set that as a primary endpoint and don't meet it, isn't that a big problem? How does the FDA look at something like that going forward for a Phase III?

    I would be interested in Southoz and rgc68's opinion among others.
