Now I know the reason why the difference in valuation .Obviously the smart money knew someone was sniffing around and accordingly keep buying the stock (the market does not lie ).Based on the offer for hub 24 praemium should be worth at least 45 cents ,consolidation of this area has just begun ,watch out for awi,gbt,ivy and pps .
