No claiming to be an expert on charts and open to constructive criticism, but from my understanding is this. A dragonfly DOJI has formed and OBV has been rising since 14th March 2018. Selling VOL has dropped off, RSI just above 50%.

As with any doji, the dragonfly depicts a situation in which supply and demand are in equilibrium, thus possibly signaling an important reversal.
