I do have scope to add to my CFG holdings, as it only makes up some 3% of my invested capital.

But I don't want to be buy CFG simply because I feel don't own enough of it; I want to buy it because I assess it to be fundamentally undervalued.

A share price of around $11.00 (corresponding to a 15x P/E multiple) is where I would commence buying more shares.
