    well if one looks at osh and wpl then SEA has definitely got the general markt condition to start moving.

    Last week i said we should get a 20% move soon - and once 2nd placement finalised this baby should have a good day.

    all the hedge funds have piled into commodities of late and wti is very bullish. Who knows US may even sell oil to Nth Korea soon ??? -
