I can only guess, but with the regulatory authorities all over this my guess is that resolution and resumption of operation won't be soon. In the meantime those rubber bands are going to get tighter and tighter.

We may be able to start digging and stockpiling ore in 2-4 weeks, but no processing can occur without a tailings facility.

There are alternative tailings dumps but none have the necessary infrastructure to transport and deliver the tailings to them. I'm guessing again, maybe 4-6 weeks at earliest.

And I'd be surprised to see this facility operational again in under 8 weeks. If there's an underlying structural weakness if could be over 12 weeks.

There's at least 12 ways I can be wrong with this post! All you need to do is load your blame-guns and wait.
