    Um - who or what just bought about 250K in NEU shares and pushed the price back to 3.12?
    Seems the trend since consolidation - drift back down to around 2.90 and then run back into the 3's.

    Given that Dr T says he intends to do a deal (but has the value of shares to shareholders as a priority) - there might be something big happening soon.
