I emailed Richard yesterday regarding an update on P3 funding/partnering given its coming up to 3 months since the FDA set the parameters. His reply is below to save anyone else the time from doing the same and also him replying.

We have always felt it important to remain open to a range of options viz. Phase 3 funding and its execution. Timelines, funding and value for our shareholders are the key factors in this regard.

Our goal is to ensure that we have the ability to move forward as quickly as possible …all the while doing it in a way that best serves the interests of our shareholders.

We are presently engaged in a range of confidential discussions and I’m unable to be more specific at this stage, however we will be sure to update shareholders as appropriate.
