I'm loaded to the gunnels on this, Considering there are two major players in the Derma Market, as discussed previously BOT has to date outperformed the current product suite offered by these companies, In a multi Billion dollar industry , it would be naive to think BOT would be able to manufacture and distribute their own product, additionally do you think a Multi Billion dollar business is going to jeopardize their income stream , because BOT have disruptive technology one of the majors will want to secure the license early,,, in a two horse race it comes down to who moves first, then who has the biggest cheque-book...
If you think "We" are following this closely , you can be assured interested parties are glued to BOT and the up coming results....
Derma-application is no where as medically complex as treatment through Ingestion, less complex than an intravenous drug, and far less complex and less intrusive than a Medical Procedure. The lower level of complexity will allow faster technology transfer through the regulatory process and lowers the level of risk associated with safety and efficacy. Lower risk and speedier approval,,, I would suspect that as soon as the results are published BOT will have several door knockers, ready with pen in hand....
The Best case scenario is a JV or Partnership , that would allow BOT a constant audience with a powerful multinational to promote and supply the rest of the BOT pipeline of products.
A buy out,, sure there are exceptions to the rule but fall between a 50% and 200% premium of the current SP. So we would want the SP to increase whilst all technology is under BOT ownership and Management prior to that scenario...
The last CR although necessary kicked the wind out of the SP.. the CR investors are clearly rinsing them back @12.5 to 14c as the SP creeps you can see the sale side load up...
Volume has dropped back and so has the volatility, NEWS will be the catalyst that propels the SP....
