    Haha - the usual scenario is a surfactant wrapping up an oil, but here the innovation is to wrap up the CBD inside an oil or at least diguise it somewhat, to fool the liver.

    ... it appears emminently patentable to me.

    Perchance a bit of a scramble to come up with more new ways to avoid being tagged out at first base.
