Here is a theory - no idea how sound - but UNV is unique in not being governed by Aust. takeover code; nor any other code. There is no obligation to notify the market of selling even if holding a huge stake. Nothing that says that the seller isn't a major shareholder with liquidity problems ... and if it is a really big shareholder ... this could go on a long, long time. Agree entirely that stock is hugely undervalued - you say 30 cents; I can get to 40 cents even without too much difficulty. Just keep buying and agree with your Big Bang theory - inevitable eventually ... just a question of time and so long as some moron is selling at these prices I am buying.
