I have decency and I'll not use the words you have used. However, I'll return those words to you. It is expected you would have some decency but it appears you haven't.

Getting back to the main point, ARE is repeating every point time and time again in each of its announcement. Airborne survey is important but there was no separate announcement but why? you need to ask this question to ARE?

Airborne Survey is expensive, it seems ARE needs to first arrange funds. You need to understand that. ARE is getting money from the exercise of options but that is not much.
