Many investors on this forum are still talking about court decision/judgement leading appeals or not. One must understand that once the decision is made by the 'full' federal court. That is all. There is no avenue left for the opposite party.

Read ARE yesterday announcement- there is no mention of 'airborne electromagnetic' survey commencement.

So, drilling is still very far away. Funding is very crucial. Market is getting jittery due to number of external factors.
