Psc owns 70% of hawkmoth, which in turn owns 90% of Arcadia. 70*.9 = 63%.

The other owner is Favic I believe, who have an option? to acquire a bigger slice of hawkmoth. I think this has to happen anyway because Zimbabwe rules require projects to be owned at least 51% by natives.

Not 100% sure about the last para, my notes have Psc as 63%.
