If it was me, Id be talking up the joint venture, not making up disparaging remarks. The market views the joint venture as self inflicted pain for ARV and id be trying my best to change that round and promote any and all positive aspects. After all it represents probably well more than 50% of the value in ARV, and why most people who bought shares in the last 6 months did so.
