The fact AB will seek an experienced well qualified chairman is clear.

He is not doing this for himself, he is doing it for all. He is also implying the current chairman IS NOT.

You look at the use of funds notice and you can see it clearly. Poor decision making regarding how to invest the capital raised.

AB's move is 2 steps ahead. It's almost sad to see.

Have <1% and will vote for EGM resolutions. My experience in business and this world tells me AB's move is never ego in this case. It's a personal matter yes, but that's because he cares about this company and his mission because the fight for health and cannabis has touched his wife, and that is admirable.

Now we'll know the truth later on, and we'll move on. If AB has done what he says he's doing, then this is exceptional leadership. People who don't get that, haven't been operating at that level.
