    Great news for Lynas any way you cut it.

    Another take on a development that will accelerate the EV revolution in China, where the State is determined to become the world leader.  Pushing EVs with aggressive incentives and quotas and at the same time setting forth a plan to ban ICEs will get the job done, imho.
