Neu are learning and evolving as they go as to how best to "pick up" a response from their drug. You can see even between P2 and P2b that they have learnt a lot about the way the drug behaves. In particular patient variability and response with dosing and body weight.

It is a pretty amazing effort to be P3 ready in a area that doesnt really have any "yard sticks" to go by and NEU to some degree have had to do a suck and see approach so far as to which endpoints are best. The results to date may not be out of this world but they do show a clinically significant benefit even if it is small. More impressive is the level of enthusiasm by the experts in the field IMO who I believe are seeing amazing things even if that isnt translating to amazing trial results.... well not yet anyway
