    IMO - Instos bought in on the run up to $3.56 - they don't need to wait for S&P to advise of the market revaluation. They get to the end of March and adjust the portfolio based on top 300 capitalisation. S&P ann is just a formality.
    They have finished buying and now we are back at the $3 support level.
