    All this means nothing if independent valuation far exceeds the 5.75c as then the recommendation would be ‘unfair and unreasonable’ and the board doesn’t recommend it. Or there is a counter bid greater than current bid and hopefully a bid by an ASX gold company and all current shareholders go to the new Co.

    Hankings bid is for cash only and goodbye all shareholders = take your cash and move on to something else
