    This is an off market accumulation so there is no certainty they are accumulating on market.

    One would suggest they would take advantage of the low SP and it is in their interest to accumulate on market but no certainty. Depends on their strategy.

    If they are accumulating on market the fact there have been no announcements may indicate it is going very slow for them and they may not reach their 50% target.

    Just my thoughts.
