    I sold @ 5.1 and im not Hanking nor do I have an interest in whether they get a controlling stake.

    Opportunity cost; that 12.5ish% that I sacrificed has been already made back and more. Why wait a few months to lock in 5.75c when Im confident I can make that back + more in same timeframe?
