I'm disappointed CLQ haven't made a move on PGM particularly during this rudderless phase we are experiencing.
So many options available
Buy out, --- they have the cash
Farm in agreement,----- a percentage of PGM for proving resource they did it with Munni , a % above 10% would stop anyone else picking them up probably wouldn't hurt PGM SP either.
A merge/TO I would accept 1 CLQ for 4 PGM that would value PGM at >than 30c Still undervalued but would IMHO improve the growth prospects of the total resource.
