At first when Mosig left most of us assumed their would be a renewed focus on Cobalt but after a couple of months nothing happened and the Focus on scandium was reaffirmed some of us speculated maybe it was the other way around Mosig might have Been keen on cobalt and other things but the board and/or top holders were not prepared to spend the money......and further to that we wonder just who is calling the shots in PGM at the moment....some ,including me, have thought maybe a spill of the board is in order!
