I would think most ASX companies would be hiring contact staff in one way or another. Most who work up north WA are on contract. In PGM's case it seems the only way to go for such a company as ours with only a certain amount of cash. At the end of the trials and pilot plant work etc you wouldn't want a Engineer, chemist ,workers and etc just sitting around in a crib room waiting for there long service leave and being paid because they are full time employed. PGM would have to do another cap raise to pay them every few years. On the pointof how much I would accept....I would think give us a ballpoint figure and then supply your email address where those such as I, could send you the amount of shares I have and if the ballpoint figure is not suitable then what is. I dont really want to state this imfo on Hotcopper...Thanks
