Caketin , I am not opposed to the NDIS - I do support it but not what appears to be a wholesale attempt to reduce health care spend for the rest of the population. The NDIS is the one to my mind that has so many long term implications that it needed secure funding - however that to my mind as I stated had to come from income from a fully funded sovereign fund and had to be income that funded it. Hence why it was mentioned directly.
A better answer than the above would require far too much space so I will leave it there.
