Perspective on size and grade

I just casually glanced at ARL and came across this comparison from one of our esteemed holders here;

On paper, it seems ARL is a no brainer from size of resource to grading and contained Co & Ni. However the market cap is 7 times smaller than CLQ. Cutoff grading is about the same so not much 'engineering' there. DFS seeking versus PFS seeked so it must be the more advanced development cycle that makes CLQ more valuable? Or are we talking Clean iX providing the additional and significant value adding in addition to the Scandium and water filtration potential?

What am I missing?
