Since Feb, CUY anns. have always included a line, 'working towards permitting' (for the trial leach plant). Is this happening or perhaps an application won't be lodged until the proposed field area and all holes are explicitly defined ? (I understood that the proposed area was defined - just over 100,000sq m).
In fact, in a Feb ann, the following was stated, '...subject to PIRSA approvals, should be constructed and operational by the second half of calender 2007' (thus my post a while back about taking a drive over there to see the construction progress).
In reality, will permitting, construction, sourcing of insitu materials, even a period of protesting, all add up to a further year or so ?
Asking these things mainly for my own education in getting an insitu operation up and running but also if there are months of slow progress I might hold off buying more for the moment.
