I have been a sophisticated investor for a number of years now and while it gives you access to company raisings, it does not make you privy to any sensitive market information. That would constitute insider trading. The quarterlies are useful to determine progress and cash spend which helps you to anticipate share price action. I anticipate a raising soon, not because of inside knowledge but because I understand the cash position of the Coy and the budget forecast. Given the cone of silence and delay to raising thus far, I can only assume Peter has a plan???
