Hello Preempt- Hope all is well. Quick question for you (and the lucky few). Have you ever been a "sophisticated investor" approached - or having approached - by a company?? If so - how long does that process take?? I understand that when a company goes to the public they release a statement and you show interest and it's set to a certain date (simplified). Is the process similar? Days? Weeks? Just trying to figure out what might be happening behind the scenes. We were told of a possible resources upgrade - I wonder if that info is on the table to those investors? Just thoughts - thanks for insight or any info in advance. T
